Collection of poems dedicated to women
I dedicated what remains of my soul to you, my sweet lost friend, into the oblivion of a regret for the time you wished me, you gifted me and that will never return.
Of what it was I've no remorse, if not to have been blind and deaf till your last cry.
Started by play, poisoned by suspect, forged by trust and shattered by anger never this love will be forsaken and never again disowned.
You're the fleeting soul that poets sing, you're the capricious spirit that writers exalt, you're the evanescent image that painters depict in the vain hope to catch your love essence.
I drowned in your eyes without realizing their color: if they were blue like the sweet spring sky, gray like the veiled autumn sadness or green like the hope, which your each move cultivates in me, you were to specify it… and I burned in the fire of your hair which you have red like the most beautiful sunset on the placid sea.
You're the woman I loved, and will always love, the only one that my soul wanted…
